What it tests
Writing quickly and accurately: vocabulary for people, places and actions, and the present continuous.
Worked example

Model answer
A small bakery in the middle of the morning. One baker is shaping dough on a floured steel table, another is pushing a long tray of loaves into the oven, and a third is checking the cooling shelves against a clipboard. They are all wearing aprons and the room looks warm and busy.
How to do well
- Start with the big picture (where, who), then add two or three specific details.
- Use the present continuous for what people are doing: "one is sliding a tray into the oven".
- Add one sentence of interpretation — what time of day it seems to be, how busy it is.
Practice at three levels
Our practice for this task comes in three levels you choose yourself: Foundation teaches the format, Standard is 12 sessions plus 12 full tests at the level most candidates aim for, and Hard is another 12 + 12 with academic topics and tighter wording. Progress is kept per level, so you can move up when the current one feels easy.
