Non-refundable payments

Because we offer free diagnostic tools, limited free AI checks, and other trial features before you pay, all Premium payments are non-refundable. Please try the free features thoroughly before upgrading.

One-time payments

Premium plans are one-time payments for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or a 7-day trial). We do not charge your card automatically again. When your plan ends, you can buy another plan if you wish to continue.

Upgrades

You may purchase a longer plan at any time. If you still have active days on your current plan, the remaining time is added to the new plan. Contact us on Contact if your account does not update after payment.

Payment issues

If you paid but Premium did not activate, use the Contact form with your payment email and we will help within 24 hours (priority support for 12-month plans).
