Premium access

Premium unlocks paid features for the period shown at checkout. IELTS Premium and General English Premium are separate products unless stated otherwise.

Devices

You may stay signed in on up to two devices at the same time (for example, a laptop and a phone). Signing in on a third device signs out the oldest session automatically.

Account sharing

You may share your login with one study partner if you wish, but progress, AI history, and device limits apply to the whole account. Sharing may cause unexpected sign-outs if more than two devices are used.

Support

We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours via Contact. 12-month Premium includes priority support (faster response when possible).

No score guarantee

We provide practice tools and AI feedback to help your preparation. We cannot guarantee a particular IELTS band score or exam result.
